🚧 Coming Soon — Flowcharts, wireframes, and architecture diagrams that link to the records they
Vitelligence Diagrams is in active development (early-2026 preview). The data model — diagrams, diagram types, elements, canvas data, styles — is shipped. We’re building toward a collaborative diagramming canvas with a twist: diagram elements can link to live Vitelligence records, so a node on your architecture diagram is actually a service record, and a box on your org chart is actually a person record. Get on the early-access list.

Six Diagram Types Out of the Gate (In Development)
The data model supports six diagram types as first-class enums: flowchart, org chart, network, UML, wireframe, and process map. Each comes with the right defaults and the right element library when the editor ships.
- Flowchart — process diagrams with decision branches and swim lanes
- Org chart — reporting structures that can sync from Vitelligence HR
- Network — system topology with hosts, links, and zones
- UML — class, sequence, state, and component diagrams
- Wireframe — low-fidelity UI sketches for product planning
- Process map — end-to-end business processes for ops and compliance
Honest Status: Early Preview
The Diagrams API is live and the data model — diagrams, diagram types, elements, canvas data, styles — is shipped and tenant-scoped. The interactive canvas, the element library, and the record-link feature are still in build. We’re telling you that on the marketing page on purpose.
- Foundation shipped: schema, six diagram types, element model, soft-delete
- In progress: canvas editor, element library, real-time co-editing
- Planned: record-linked elements, drift detection, auto-build from suite data
- Early-access tenants get a feedback channel directly to the build team
- No charge during the preview period
- GA timeline tied to feedback quality, not a marketing date

Why a Suite-Native Diagramming Tool Matters
Lucidchart, Miro, and Visio are excellent general-purpose diagramming tools. The reason to build one inside Vitelligence is that the diagrams ops, IT, and compliance teams maintain are usually diagrams of records — services, employees, processes — and those records already live in the platform. A diagram tool that knows that gets to do things the general-purpose tools can’t.
- Org charts that auto-update when HR adds, moves, or terminates an employee
- Network diagrams that auto-update when ITSM CMDB changes
- Process maps with live status pulled from running automation workflows
- Embeddable diagrams in any record page across the suite
- AI-assisted diagram generation from prose descriptions (planned)
- Available standalone or bundled in the Vitelligence suite

Compared to Lucidchart, Miro, draw.io, and Visio
Lucidchart and Miro are mature collaborative diagram tools — we’re not pretending to match them on polish today. draw.io is a solid free alternative. Visio is the legacy default. Vitelligence Diagrams is taking a different angle: diagrams that are first-class members of your business platform, with elements that are records and an audit trail that matches the rest of your tenant. Most teams will keep both for a while.
- Suite-native record links — the differentiator
- Same permission and audit model as the rest of your business data
- Universal Record Embedding integration across the suite
- AI features and automation triggers running on the same model
- Self-hostable via Docker for compliance-sensitive deployments
- Pre-GA — Lucidchart and Miro are mature, we’re honest that we’re not yet
